When will I receive my order?
All orders (except rush) are processed and
shipped within 5 business days of receipt. Name Tape Labels are mailed, first
class through the US Postal Service.
Once they are mailed from our facility, we cannot predict when they
will arrive. Therefore, we approximate a 10-14 day delivery from
time of order.
What is a RUSH order?
A rush order for name tape labels means that your labels will be mailed
the same day if the order is received before 2 pm EST, Monday through
Friday. Otherwise it is mailed the following business day. ALL NAME
TAPE ORDERS
ARE MAILED, FIRST CLASS. (see above question)
How do I iron on the labels?
You must use a HOT iron,cotton setting, no steam. The printed label should be face up on your garment. Hold iron on label for about 5 seconds.
How do I get priority or overnight
delivery?
You may select priority or overnite in the checkout area or call us at1-800-896-4282
Can I send a package to camp?
Absolutely, simply provide the name and address for shipping. You
can even include a note or special handling in the comments portion
of
the checkout
process.
Can I use the iron on labels for sewing?
Yes. The iron on labels do have an adhesive backing, however, you
certainly can put a needle through it. Our sew in labels have
no backing and
are made strictly for sewing.
Can I return an item?
All returns must be made within 30 days and have prior authorization. We will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs and processing fees. No returns or exchanges on personalized items.
