When will I receive my order?
All orders (except RUSH orders) are processed and mailed within 5 business days of receipt. Name Tape Labels are mailed, first class through the US Postal Service (like a letter). Once they are mailed from our facility, we cannot guarantee when they will arrive. We approximate a 10-14 day delivery from time of order.

What is a RUSH order?
A rush order for name tape labels means that your labels will be processed and mailed the same day the order is placed if the order is received before 1pm EST, Monday through Friday. Otherwise it is mailed the following business day. ALL NAME TAPE ORDERS ARE MAILED, USPS FIRST CLASS. (see above question)

How do I iron on the labels?
You must use a HOT iron, cotton setting, no steam. The printed label should be face up on your garment. Hold the flat part of the iron on the label for about 5 seconds.

How do I get priority or overnight delivery?
You may add priority or overnight shipping or call us at 1-800-896-4282. Please remember that if you select Priority or Express Mailing, then our RUSH PROCESSING of $2.00 per quantity must also be selected.

Can I send a package to camp?
Absolutely! Simply provide the name and address for shipping. You can even include a note or special handling in the comments section of the checkout process.

Can I use the iron on labels for sewing?
Yes. The iron on labels do have an adhesive backing, however, you certainly can put a needle through it. Our sew-in labels have no backing and are made strictly for sewing.

Can I return an item?
All returns must be made within 30 days and have prior authorization. We will reimburse the purchase price of the item less shipping and processing fees. There are no returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Is there a shipping/processing charge for name tape labels?
No - Standard Shipping/Processing for name tape labels is FREE !
