Called  with questions before placing my order. Very helpful and friendly customer service rep. Product arrived on early side of estimated time frame. Was happy to see name printed with  only 1st letter of each name in Capital letters, the rest in lower case vs. my  last order in 2017, which came with all capitals. This makes for shorter labeling length when trimming label before ironing it on!
